River levels are falling slowly on the lower River Kennet following recent rainfall and high groundwater levels. Flooding of low lying land and roads remains possible over the following days. The forecast for this week remains unsettled, with the potential for heavy showers at times. River levels are expected to remain high over the coming days and will be sensitive to further rainfall.
