River levels remain high at the Sandhurst river gauge as a result of heavy rainfall. Flooding is expected to continue. Flooding may affect Coal Wharf and Riverside, Maisemore and Sandhurst Lane. Base Lane, Sandhurst may also flood. A417 over to Maisemore is closed due to flooding.
River levels are peaking at Gloucester and Sandhurst river gauges. We expect river levels to remain high for the next few days.
Further rainfall is expected over the next few days. We are closely monitoring the situation. Our incident response staff are checking defences and liaising with emergency services.
