Flood Warning: River Thames for the Abingdon area

River levels remain high on the River Thames. Therefore flooding of low lying land and roads is expected to continue today, especially in the Abingdon and Culham areas. Monday morning (26.01.26) and afternoon are expected to be mainly dry, but with rain from the early evening through to late morning or afternoon on Tuesday. Levels are likely to respond to this persistent rainfall and rise over the coming days.
