June 2026 - Delays to Emails

We are aware of some delays when delivering to Microsoft domains. We have taken steps to try and remedy this, but Microsoft themselves are slow to respond. Emails sent to these domains are bounced back and must be forwarded manually via our gmail account.

All email types are affected, with password reset requests being particularly inconvenient, since they should ideally be delivered immediately. Order confirmations are also affected, but the orders themselves are not.

Affected email addresses include: msn.com, live.com, outlook.com, hotmail.com and any UK variants. To avoid bounces, you can change the email address on your account to another provider.
