Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding.

Flooding is expected this afternoon, evening and overnight as levels continue to rise.

Areas most at risk include Heytesbury, Suffers Bridge, Boyton, Codford St Peter, Wylye and Great Wishford in Wilton. River levels are rising due to previous days rain and high groundwater levels. Further rain is forecast today and Wednesday which will keep river levels high. River levels are forecast to continue rising.

We are monitoring rainfall and river levels .

Start acting on your flood plan if you have one and activate any flood protection products you may have.

This message will be updated by 1:00PM on 11 February 2026 or as the situation changes.
