High river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.
Flooding is expected from the early hours of 27 January 2026 .
Heavy rain falling in the area will continue overnight.
Properties and low lying areas will start to flood from around 05:00am on Tuesday. The main areas of concern are Fore Street at Bovey Bridge, the mill and public house, Mill Marsh Park and Station Road. Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.
River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 05:00am and 07:00am.
