Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding overnight.

Flooding is expected from overnight on 26 January 2026 through to 27 January 2026.

Heavy rainfall has caused river levels to rise, with further bands of heavy rain forecast overnight and into Tuesday morning.

Properties and low lying areas are forecast to flood from around 1:00am on the morning of Tuesday 27 January 2026.

The main areas of concern are properties and low lying areas around the A38 and Glynn Valley including Trago Mills and Respryn, Two WatersFoot and Treverbyn Mill.

Flood waters may be deep and fast flowing in these areas.

River levels are forecast to be at their highest between 5am and 7am.

We are closely monitoring the situation .
