River levels remain high and the potential for flooding continues today, 16 November 2025. Flooding may affect properties and roads in and around Maesbrook including the A483 between Llanymynech and Four Crosses, just south of Llanymynech Bridge. Observed peak:- Llanymynech 4.51m on 15/11 PM. Predicted peak:- Cae Howel 4.8 to 5.1m on 16/11 AM. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. This message will be updated by 10:00AM on 17 November 2025 or as the situation changes.
