Rising river levels are expected to cause flooding this morning.



Flooding is expected from the morning of 28 February 2026 .



River levels at Lisle Street Gauge are rising rapidly due to the nature of the catchment



Areas most at risk are properties at Prince William Way, Prince William Road, Jubilee Drive, Monarch Way, Waldron Court, Belton Road West Extension, Lisle Street and Derby Road near Burleigh Brook. If levels continue to rise, properties at Bottleacre Lane, Belton Road near Bottleacre Lane, Staveley Court, Meadow Avenue, Waterside Close and surrounding areas are at risk.



Heavy rainfall is forecast over the next 6 hours.
