Flood Warning: South Devon coast from Start Point to Dawlish Warren

High tides this evening may lead to flooding. 

Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of high tide on Saturday evening. 

Areas particularly at risk include Torbay, Teignmouth, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton and Dawlish.



The high tide at Exmouth on Saturday is at 7:00PM, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.08mAOD, which is 0.48 metres above tide table level. Force 6 south-easterly winds and offshore wave heights of over 2.2m are forecast over the high tide.



Coastal conditions should ease for Sunday morning's high tide.
