High tides over the next two days may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of high tide.
Areas particularly at risk include Torbay, Teignmouth, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton and Dawlish.
The high tide is at 20:00 on Tuesday evening and 08:15 on Wednesday morning, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide levels are 2.43mAOD and 2.75 mAOD respectively, which are 0.55 metres above tide table levels. South and southeasterly winds up to Force 5 and offshore wave heights of over 1.4m are forecast over the high tides. Coastal conditions should ease for Thursday morning's high tide.
