High tides today may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible 3 hours either side of high tide on Tuesday 21st April evening and Wednesday 22nd morning & evening
Areas particularly at risk include Torbay, Teignmouth, Beesands, Torcross, Slapton and Dawlish.
The high tide at Exmouth on Tuesday is at 22:16, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 1.96mAOD, which is 0.18 metres above tide table level. Strong Easterly winds and offshore wave heights up to 2.2m are forecast over the high tide.
Coastal conditions should ease for Thursday morning high tide.
