High tides today may lead to flooding. 

Flooding is possible from midnight on Tuesday night to 03:45am on30/09/26 

Locations most affected will be low lying land near and roads near rivers or on the coast. This includes Aldcliffe Marsh, Heaton Marsh, Marsh, Greyhound Bridge, Skerton Bridge, Newton, Overton, Middleton, Glasson, Conder Green, Conder Bridge and Thurnham Moss 

We are closely monitoring the situation . 

Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
