Higher than normal tides on Thursday evening and Friday morning may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible from 8:30pm on Thursday evening and 9:00am on Friday morning.



Flooding may affect low lying land and roads adjacent to the Estuary from Sandhurst to Chepstow and Sharpness over the next 5 days. Some lengths of the flood embankment at Longney and The Noards may be overtopped. Rodley Lane, Westbury and Awre Road, Brims Pill may be flooded.



Predicted peaks:



Thursday evening 04/12; Gloucester 3.1m to 3.4m at 8:30PM, Sandhurst 3.2m to 3.5m at 9:00pm.

Friday morning 05/12; Gloucester 3.2m to 3.5m at 9:00AM, Sandhurst 3.4m to 3.7m at 9:15pm.
