High river levels tomorrow morning may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from the morning of 27 January 2026 .
Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads around the tributaries of the Rivers Derwent, Wye and Noe in North Derbyshire including Grinds Brook, Peakshole Water, Bradwell Brook, Stoke Brook, Bar Brook, Tideswell Brook, Warney Brook, Bentley Brook, Via Gellia and Lea Brook. Heavy rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours. River levels at Perryfoot Farm are expected to rise from tomorrow morning as a result.
We are closely monitoring the situation .
Avoid low lying roads near rivers, which may be flooded .
