Rising river levels today may lead to flooding. 

Flooding is possible on 20 December 2025. 

This information is correct as of 10:15 on Saturday 20th December. The causeway at Sutton Gault has approximately 1 centimetre of water on the road. There are currently no issues on the Welney or Earith causeway. Due to uneven surface of the roads, water may be deeper in places. 

We are monitoring rainfall and river levels. 

Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses.
