River levels are high on parts of the River Kennet from Thatcham down to Reading. Flooding of low lying land and roads is possible today, 01 Feb 2026, especially in the Burghfield area. Further rainfall is expected today and tomorrow. River levels are high, but steady. We expect river levels to remain high over the coming days.
