Property flooding is not currently expected. River levels are have risen on the Hoe Stream as a result of heavy rainfall last night and this morning. Therefore, flooding of low lying land and roads is expected today, 28/04/24, especially in the Mayford area.

This afternoon should be mainly dry with the possibility of some scattered showers. Tomorrow 29/04/24 is forecast to be dry. We expect levels to peak this evening before starting to fall. We are monitoring the situation. Avoid using low lying footpaths near local watercourses. Go to the 'River and Sea levels in England' webpage for current river levels.
