Flood Warning: Mansbridge and Riverside Park

High river levels today may lead to flooding. Flooding is possible on 06/02/2026 because of the combination of river flows and high tides. The next high tide is forecast 01:30 and 03:45 on Friday morning (06/02/2026). The water level is expected to be 5.04 metres Chart Datum (2.30 mAOD). Flooding will affect the access road and car parking areas near the White Swan Pub and car garage at Mansbridge. Water may be forced up through the floor of the Pub. Riverside Park will also be flooded. Levels may also be very high around Gaters Mill. Friday's tide at 13:45 on 06/02/2026 is forecast to be 5cm lower. Flooding impacts will be similar. Rain is expected to continue until Friday evening (06/02/2026) so river flows will remain high. We are monitoring rainfall and river levels and are liaising with Southampton City Council on operation of Woodmill. Consider activating any flood protection products you may have.
