High tides over the next two days may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible 2 hours either side of high tide on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.
Areas particularly at risk include low lying areas in Penryn commercial road, low lying areas of Mylor Bridge, A39 at Perranarworthal.
The high tide at Falmouth is at 6:56pm on Wednesday evening and 7:09 am on Thursday morning, times of high water will vary along the coast. Forecast total high tide level is 2.46mAOD and 2.65mAOD respectively. Expect tide levels along the coast to be between 0.4m and 0.6m above tide table level. Strong force 4 Southerly winds and offshore wave heights of around 3m are forecast over the high tides.
