Rising river levels overnight may lead to flooding. 

Flooding is possible on 18 December 2025 . 

Locations most affected will be the River Ure and tributaries from its source downstream to Kilgram. Further rainfall is forecast overnight and on Thursday and levels may remain high. 

We are closely monitoring the situation . 

Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water .
