High river levels this evening may lead to flooding.

Flooding is possible from the evening of 21 February 2026 from 10:00 PM.

Locations most affected will be low lying land and roads around Micker, Cringle, Sinderland and Poynton Brooks and their tributaries. Further rainfall is expected this evening and overnight.

We are closely monitoring the situation .

Avoid using low lying footpaths and any bridges near local watercourses .
