Forecast high river levels throughout the evening may lead to flooding.
Flooding is possible from the early hours of 23 October 2025 .
Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads including Kingfisher Way, Forest Road and Monarch Way from the Wood Brook, the Grace Dieu Brook, Burleigh Brook, Black Brook, Grammar School Brook, Hermitage Brook, Sileby Brook, Long Whatton Brook, King’s Brook and Kingston Brook. Heavy rainfall is forecast over the next 24 hours, with low confidence over timing and locations. River levels at the Loughborough Gauge may begin rising from 02:00 on 23/10/25. Levels will remain high until 18:00 on 23/10/25.
