Areas most at risk are low-lying agricultural land and roads including Slash Lane at Sileby and the Mountsorrel to Sileby road. Light rainfall is forecast over today, 06/12/2025. River levels at Pillings Lock gauge have peaked but forecast rainfall could cause a further rise in levels. Levels are likely to remain high throughout the weekend. We are closely monitoring the situation. Take care and avoid walking, cycling or driving through flood water. This message will be updated by 5:00PM on 06 December 2025 or as the situation changes.
